Rock&Apps is looking for a User Acquisition Manager who has experience working with ad networks (push, pop's) to boost the team’s performance🚀
Location: Remote or Warsaw office / hybrid
Format: Full-time
Seniority: Middle+ / Senior (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)
What you'll do
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines
- Communication with partners + setting up workflows with new ones
- Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment
- Conduct competitors’ research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life
What we're looking for
- At least 3 year of experience working with add networks
- Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI
- Familiarity with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks
- Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools
- Experience managing >50k budgets in verticals with high competition
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries
