Light Apps Group is looking for an experienced ASO & ASA Specialist to lead growth across a portfolio of mobile apps utility products. You’ll own the full cycle of store optimization and Apple Search Ads, driving installs and scaling visibility across diverse verticals!

#### Требования

- 3+ years of experience in ASO and ASA
- Proven track record optimizing app listings and paid campaigns
- Experience with CPP (iOS) and CSL (Google Play)
- Strong data skills and familiarity with analytics/attribution tools
- Ability to manage multiple apps in different markets

#### Обязанности

- Optimize app store presence (metadata, visuals, keywords) for multiple iOS and Android apps
- Plan and run A/B tests to boost conversion rates
- Manage and scale ASA campaigns, including CPP usage
- Analyze performance (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and report insights
- Conduct competitor and keyword research
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
- Monitor trends, maintain compliance, and test new strategies
